摘要:
本文对石油石化企业重组上市后人力资源政策进行了探讨, 并提出了贯彻实施这些政策应采取的措施。
Abstract:
This article is an attempt to probe into Human Resources Policies of pet roleum a nd pet ro chemical enterprises, and present the necessary measures to ensure the policies.
