摘要:
党的十六大确立了全面建设小康社会的目标, 描绘了21世纪头20年我国现代化建设的宏伟蓝图。江泽民总书记关于全面 建设小康社会的理论, 不仅是对建设中国特色社会主义理论和实践的丰富和发展, 也是对邓小平小康思想的继承和发展, 同时为 全党和全国人民指明了在新世纪新的发展阶段继续前进的方向。
Abstract:
The 16th National Congress of Chinese Commumist Party has establi shed the goal of full construction fo r the Xiaoka ng Society . This is not only a n enrichment and development of theory a nd practice of socialist constrction with Chinese characteri stics but al so an enrichment and dev elo pment o f " the XiaoKa ng Though t" pioneered by Comrade Den Xiao ping . Meanwhile, i t has pointed the w ay on which the w hole Party and na tion wil l co ntinue to move ahead o n a new stag e of dev elopment in the new century.
