采用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,运用考克斯比例风险模型、泊松回归模型,探讨了婚姻子女因素对当前城市劳动者职业流动的影响效应及其学历差异。研究表明:婚姻子女变量对城市劳动者职业流动存在显著的抑制效应,且婚姻子女因素对职业流动的影响效应存在显著的学历差异,对高学历劳动者的抑制作用相对更大。据此可以认为,家庭整体利益在劳动者职业流动决策过程中发挥重要作用,劳动力市场分割体制下低学历劳动者和高学历劳动者存在两种截然不同的职业流动决策模式。
Abstract:
Based on the survey data from “Chinese General Social Survey” (CGSS), using Cox Proportional Hazards Model and Poisson Regression Model, it discusses the influence of marriage and children factors on current urban laborers job mobility and the educational differences. The results show that marriage and children variables have significant inhibitory effects on job mobility. In addition, there are obvious educational differences when marriage and children factors affect job mobility, and the inhibitory effect on laborers with high-level education is relatively great. It can be concluded that the overall benefit of the family plays an important role in the decision-making process of laborers job mobility. In the system of laborer market segmentation, there are two distinct types of career mobility decision-making modes for laborers with low-level education and laborers with high-level education.
