摘要:
运用扎根理论构建国有石化企业文化测评体系,通过改进灰关联度分析对指标全集进行筛选,形成涵盖6个一级指标、14个二级指标、43个三级指标的测评体系,通过改进熵权法对指标赋权,形成最终的测评模型。运用信度和效度分析检验可知模型有效,通过测评模型的应用检验可知模型具有较好的实操性。
Abstract:
Using the grounded theory to construct the state-owned petrochemical corporate culture evaluation system and the improved grey correlation degree analysis to screen the index corpora, the evaluation index system is formed which contains six one-level indicators,14 two-level indicators,43 three-level indicators,and then the final evaluation model is formed through the improved entropy method of weighting.By using the reliability and validity analysis, the effectiveness of the model is tested and through the application of the evaluation model, its practicality is approved.
