摘要:
基于江苏省常州市的调研资料,对社工队伍建设现状进行了总结,从“个人—群体—制度”三重维度分析了社工队伍建设的现实困境与基本路径。社工个体体验负面、群体结构失衡、制度效能弱化等构成社工队伍稳定与发展的“三重困境”。加强社工人才队伍建设,可以从满足个体需求、优化群体结构、强化制度效能等路径着力推进。
Abstract:
Based on the survey data of Changzhou city in Jiangsu Province, this paper summarizes the present situation of social worker team construction, and analyzes the realistic dilemma and route choice of social worker team construction from three dimensions: “individual-group-system”. Negative individual experience of social workers, imbalanced group structure, and weakened system efficiency constitute “three dilemmas” of the stability and development of social worker team. To strengthen social worker team construction, efforts should be made in these aspects: meeting individual needs, optimizing the group structure and strengthening the institutional efficiency.
