摘要:
本文旨在比较分析FDI和内资在江苏发展低碳经济中的作用，并利用STIRPAT模型，引入规模效应、结构效应和技术效应，构建碳排放强度影响因素的计量模型。结果表明，FDI、产业结构、内资对降低碳排放强度的作用显著。江苏发展低碳经济的重要途径是积极有效利用外资，促进产业结构调整。
Abstract:
Based on STIRPAT model, this paper constructs a measurement model of influencing factors for carbon emission intensity with size effect, structure effect and technology effect to compare the different effects of FDI and domestic capitals on the low-carbon economic development in Jiangsu. The empirical results show that FDI, industrial structure and domestic capitals have remarkable effects on lowering carbon emission intensity. The development of low-carbon economy of Jiangsu depends on the adjustment of industrial structure with active, rational and effective use of FDI.
