摘要:
从管理学的视角来看,高职院校教师归根结底是一种人力资源,这种资源的开发与管理应遵循差异性、开放性、系统 性3 项原则。在差异性方面,应关注专业带头人、骨干教师、年轻教师等不同群体所处职业生涯的不同阶段; 在开放性方面, 应注重国际化视野的培养和行业企业资源的运用; 在系统性方面,必须把教师资源的开发系统纳入到集反馈、控制、激励等于 一体的、更为宏观的人力资源管理系统。
Abstract:
From the viewpoint of management,teacher resourses is a kind of human resourses,and the development and management of teacher resourses should adhere to three principles: otherness,openness and systematicness. Firstly,we must concern the different roles of professional leader,backbone techers and young teachers. Secondly,we must send teachers to enterprise outside and foreign countries for enhencing capacities. Thirdly,we must establish a system which including development,feedback,control and encouraging.
