高校文科学报为高校学科建设和国家文化繁荣做出了重大贡献。在改制转企的背景下也有较大的发展提升空间。文化 产业发展需要学报编辑部体制进行企业化改革，这种企业是一个出学术精品、“踱方步”、出思想、出科研成果的带公益性质的 文化企业，企业经营的目的仍应主要是繁荣学术研究而不仅仅只是为了赚钱盈利。高校学报企业化后要获得新的生存和发展， 一是转变观念，明确市场定位; 二是争取中央和地方财政的文化产业发展专项资金和公有资本的扶持，保证充足的营运经费; 三是以繁荣学术研究为宗旨，坚守学术性期刊的质的规定性; 四是利用媒

Abstract:

University journals of liberal arts have made great contribution to the university discipline construction and the prosperity of national culture． In the background of restructuring to enterprises，they have large space for improvement． The development of culture industry needs the enterprise reform of journal editorial department system． This should be a non － profit cultural enterprise to make ideals，academic and scientific research achievements，“ Duo Fangbu”． The purpose of enterprise management is still for the prosperity of academic research rather than profits． There are five measures to develop the enterprise of university journals of liberal arts． One，to change idea and pinpoint market positioning; two，to ensure the sufficient operating expenses; three，to stick to the purpose of prospering academic research ; four，to pay attention to and open up market operation; five，to take part in the transmitting and construction of network magazine
