摘要:
高等教育的大众化是我国高等职业教育快速发展的重要契机, 但也为高等职业教育优质发展带来了功能定位模糊、办学 条件无法适应规模扩张的要求、生源基础水平下降、未形成独特的高等职业人才培养模式等隐患。因此要结合中国目前的高等职 业教育发展的现状及趋势, 对其战略定位、培养目标定位、培养模式和教育模式等方面进行改革和完善, 以培养大批符合社会发 展需要的高智能、成长型技术人才和复合型、应用型高级专业技术人才。
Abstract:
The popular ization of the higher education is an important oppo rtunity fo r the rapid development of hig her vocat ional educat ion. How ever, it also bring s about several hidden dangers, such as vag ue location of the function, inst itut ional condit ions that can not meet the requirement s of the scale ex pansion, decl ining level o f the student so urce and inability to inv ent a special t raining mode o f hig her vocational educat ion. It is therefo re necessar y to reform and perfect it s developing st rateg y, t raining aims, t raining mode and educat ional mo de in hig her vocational educat ion based on its current situat ion and dev elo ping t rend so as to cult ivate high intel lig ent , technique- oriented, application - o riented ver sat ile professional personnel to meet the needs of social development .
