摘要:
国外主要政党加强权力监督制约的探索与实践主要包括: 健全权力的法律规制, 加强对权力的约束; 完善制度, 加强对 权力的监督; 注重分权制衡, 规范权力运行; 接受反对党的监督, 约束权力的行使; 开放社会监督, 增强对权力监督的效应, 它 对中国共产党当前加强对执政权力的监督具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
The foreign main polit ical part ies have conducted some ex plorat io n and pract ice to intensify the superv ision ov er power , such as perfect ing leg al reg ulat ion of pow er to st rengthen the constr aint of pow er; improving the system to st reng then the supervisio n o ver pow er; lay ing st ress on the separat ion of pow er to regulate the ex ercise of pow er; accept ing the supervision of oppositio n part ies to rest rain the ex er cise of pow er ; opening publ ic supervision to st reng then effect iveness o f supervision ov er pow er . It is of g reat referent ial sig nif icance for the Communist Par ty o f China to enhance the supervision over the polit ical party .
