摘要:
发展低碳经济是落实科学发展观、加快经济发展方式转变、提高城市环境质量和加快生态城市建设的迫切要求。政府通 过采取确定城市发展定位、制定生态城市规划、优化产业结构、加快低碳技术开发与应用等措施, 采取大力开展低碳宣传, 提高 公众的节约意识, 引导低碳社会生活方式, 积极植树造林发挥碳汇潜力等手段来发展低碳经济, 建设低碳城市。
Abstract:
The development of low - carbon economy is the urg ent requirement s for the implementat ion the Scient ific Outlo ok on Dev elo pment , speeding up eco nomic development pat tern, impro ving the urban enviro nmental quality and speeding up the const ruct ion of ecological city. In or der to dev elo p low - carbon economy and build a low car bon city , the lo cal g overnment sho uld establish the or ientat ion of urban development , make eco- city planning, o pt imize industr ial st ructure, acceler ate low - carbon technolog y development and applicat ion as w ell as to make g reat ef fo rt s to publicize low - carbon life, improve people's aw ar eness of resource conserv at ion, g uide low - car bon life sty le and take act iv e part in afforestat ion to incr ease carbon sequest rat ion potent ial .
