摘要:
面对全球气候变暖和国际舆论的压力, 中国政府如何恰当处理社会经济发展与低碳经济转型问题, 已被世人所普遍关注。 基于现实国情, 中国低碳经济发展要进一步建立行之有效的政策规制; 有针对性地调整能源结构和产业结构; 正确引导消费观念 和消费行为; 同时积极谋求国际合作, 探索与欧美等经济发达国家之间的对话合作机制。
Abstract:
Facing the global warming and world con sensu s’s pressure, how Ch inese government deals p roperly w ith the p rob lem betw een social econom ic developmen t and t ran sit ion of low - carbon economy has been w idely concerned all over the wo rld. Based on Ch ina’s realist ic situat ion, effect ive po licies and regu lat ion s shou ld be estab lished, energy st ructu re and indu st rial st ructu re be adju sted in a targeted manner, con sumer at t itudes and con sumer behavio r be gu ided p roperly. M eanw h ile, it is of great impo rtance to seek po sit ively in ternat ional cooperat ion and exp lo re the mechan ism of dialogue and cooperat ion w ith developed coun t ries in Eu rope and the U n ited States.
