摘要:
随着城市化进程加快, 大量农用土地变为非农用地, 依附于土地之上的农民失去土地, 陷于失地、失业的境地。其中的 女性失地者更是面临着就业难的困境, 自身的经济独立和人格独立难以实现, 成为新的弱势群体。常州失地女性自身人力资本不 高和就业层次低, 在城市化的大背景下失地女性实现非农就业十分迫切; 要从宏观政策和微观操作两个层面着手来提高失地女性 非农就业的实效性。
Abstract:
With the accelerat io n of urbanizat io n, a g reat number of farm lands are used for non - agricultural purpo se. As a result , farmers who depended on lands in the past now lose their land and become unemploy ed. Among them, land- lo st females w ho have diff icult finding new jobs and can not realize it s independence both in economy and in personality, become new w eak gr oup. With less human capital and low employment level, it is therefor e urg ent for land- lost females in Changzho u to real ize non - ag ricultural emplo yment in the background of ur banization. Measures both o n marco and micr o level should be taken to impro ve the ef fectiveness of non- agr icul tural employment .
