摘要:
工程创新是我国新型工业化道路上的一块“基石”。人才是工程创新活动实践中最活跃的要素, 工科高等院校肩负培养 工程创新人才的重任。工程活动不但体现着人与自然的关系而且体现了人与社会的关系, 教育除了传授知识, 还要了解社会发展 的需要, 结合学生个人成才的愿望, 培养社会主义市场经济需要的有社会责任感的工程创新人才。
Abstract:
The engineering innova tio n i s “ the co rnerstone” o f China 's new indust rialization. The talented perso n is the most activ e facto r in the engineering innov atio n practice, and the higher engineering institutions are ent rusted wi th the great task of cul tiv ating the engineering innov atio n talented people. Engineering activi ties embodies not only the relatio nship betw een man and nature, but also the rela tio nship betw een people a nd society. Besides imparting know ledg e, education should meet the needs o f social dev elo pment , to combine wi th students perso nal aspi ratio ns to talent, to cul tivate innov ativ e talents wi th a sense of so cial respo nsibili ty in the needs o f socialist ma rket eco nomy.
