摘要:
知识经济时代是一个以创新为发展动力的时代。随着计算机技术、通讯技术、网络技术和信息处理技术飞速发展又相互 结合, 对包括期刊编辑出版在内的知识生产、传播与利用产生了前所未有的影响。高校学报作为现代科技、文化信息的重要载体, 若要跟上时代发展的步伐, 必须建立起适应知识经济时代的创新机制, 诸如观念创新、管理创新、技术创新、知识创新、文化创 新等, 这是高校学报生存和发展的重要前提和根本保证。而观念创新是其他诸方面创新的基础和关键。
Abstract:
Innovation is the dev elopment pow er in the age of intellectual eco nomy. And it requires us breaking through the original st ructural frame, the thinking mode and the standard procedure to ex plore and reconst ruct the new ones. The rapid dev elopment and combination of the computer technology , the communication technology , the netwo rk and info rmation processing impact great ly on the productio n, dissemination and usage of know ledge including the edi tion and publication of univ ersity journals. As an important media for the disseminatio n of modern science and technology and cultural informatio n, such innovation mechanisms to adapt to the dev elopment of the modern times as idea innovation, management innov ation, technology innovation, know ledg e innovation, culture innov atio n and so on should be established to keep up wi th the rapidly dev eloping w orld. And they are the important premise and basic g uarantee for the surv ival and the dev elopment of univ ersity periodicals.
