摘要:
本文从高等学校实行雇员制度的动因和意义着手, 具体阐述了在高校部分岗位实行雇员制的做法, 并就在高校实行雇员制 度的相关问题提出了一些见解, 为在高等学校实行人才不为学校所有而为学校所用的灵活的用人机制提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This paper a naly zes the causes and sig ni ficance o f adopting the employ ee 's system o n some po sts in the insti tution of higher education. Some sugg estions are of fered fo r reference co ncerning the f lexible practice that insti tutions of hig her education employ talents instead o f po ssessing them.
