摘要:
中国共产党在领导中国革命、建设、改革的80多年的历程中, 在采用一定的领导方式、执政方式实现其自身领导作用方 面既有成功的经验, 也有深刻的教训。改革开放以来, 党高度重视执政方式的改革与创新。本文认为, 依法执政是中国共产党面 对党的执政条件、任务和环境的深刻变化, 适应建设法制国家的必然要求。
Abstract:
The Chinese Communist Party has led the people in the revolution, construction and reform for ov er 80 yea rs. She has g ained experience f rom her successes and lea rned her lessons in th e process of g aining power and gov erning the na tion. Since the opening up of China, CCP has paid g reat a ttention to reforming and renov ating the methods o f leading the count ry. Th e autho r maintains tha t the establi shment o f co nstitutio nal ruling has resulted f rom the chang es in the co ndi tions a nd tasks o f the ruling pa rty and is a response to the inevi table requi rement of bui lding a co nsti tutio nal state.
