摘要:
要使技术创新有利于经济社会可持续发展的实现, 就必须在技术创新决策中引入伦理分析。从本质上看, 技术创新决策中 的伦理分析就是利益相关者分析, 就是把“对他人、社会和生态环境有利”这一标准纳入技术创新决策过程中, 对决策的整个过 程进行规范和监督, 以避免技术创新带来人为的负面效应。
Abstract:
In order for technological innovation to support sustainable economic development , it is necessary to bring the analysis o f ethics into the po licy - making of an enterprise's technolog ical innovat ion. In essence, the analy sis of ethics in the policy - making of technolog ical innov at ion is the analy sis of interest s for other people, the so ciety and the ecolo gy . T his standard should be adopted in the po licy- making process so as to avo id art ificial ly caused negat ive effect s in technolog y innovat ion.
