摘要:
农民工群体是改革开放以来新诞生的一个群体, 它是一个新兴的阶层, 虽然他们的经济生活水平有了明显的改善, 但他 们的政治生活水平很低, 特别是政治参与水平很低。农民工的政治参与既有利于乡村社会的建设又有利于农民工自身政治素质的 提高。改善农民工的政治参与状况, 必须完善相关制度, 加强农民工组织建设, 完善和拓展农民工政治参与渠道, 同时, 应加强 对农民工的教育培训, 提高他们的政治参与能力。
Abstract:
The popu lat ion of m igran t wo rkers has become a new b irth of group since the refo rm and open ing up in Ch ina. W h ile their econom ic standard of living has imp roved sign if ican t ly, their po lit ical standard of living is st ill low , especially the level of po lit ical part icipat ion. Po lit ical part icipat ion of m igran t wo rkers no t on ly benef it s the con st ruct ion of ru ral society, bu t also be conducive to the imp rovemen t of their po lit ical quality. Some measu res shou ld be taken to imp rove their po lit ical part icipat ion by perfect ing relat ive system , st rengthen ing o rgan izat ion s, imp roving and expanding po lit ical part icipat ion channels. M eanw h ile, educat ion t rain ing shou ld also be reinfo rced to raise po lit ical quality of m igran t wo rkers.
