摘要:
早期商会会员从业构成多是以商业为主。随着民族实业的发展,企业家迫切需要成立自己的组织,一方面,旨在更好地代表自身的利益; 另一方面,则为了更好地集合力量谋求发展。于是,中华工业总联合会应运而生。武进工业联合会是中华工业总联合会的分支组织。刘国钧是武进工业联合会发起人之一,也是武进工业联合会副会长。他积极谋求产业联合,推动产业间的分工和协作,提升地方产业的联合和创新,促进了近代常州工业化的发展。武进工业联合会的兴起是近代中国工业化的一个缩影。
Abstract:
The early members of business association were mainly from the business trade. With the development of national industry, entrepreneurs urgently needed to set up their own organization. On the one hand, it could better represent their own interests; on the other hand, it could better gather their strength to seek development. As a result, Chinese General Industrial Federation was set up. Wujin Industrial Federation was a branch organization of it. Liu Guojun was one of the initiators of Wujin Industrial Federation and was promoted as the vice president of it. He actively sought for industrial union, promoted the division and cooperation among industries, enhanced the union and innovation of local industries, and facilitated the development of modern Changzhou industrialization. The rise of Wujin Industrial Federation is an epitome of modern China’s industrialization.
