摘要:
史良法学教育思想的形成是特殊社会环境、民国时期法学教育和自身实践经历的合力的结果。史良法学教育思想的内涵是以培养司法专门人才为目标，以师资与教材为核心，具体表现在对于旧制度法学教育的批判、培训司法专门人才、重视师资与教材、关心关爱老教授以及对出版工作的推动五个方面。作为新中国法学教育的拓荒者之一，她的法学教育思想依然值得坚持。
Abstract:
The formation of Shi Liang's thoughts of legal education is the result of the joint forces of the special social background, the legal education in the Republic of China period and her own experiences. The connotation of her legal education thoughts include five aspects: criticism of the old system of legal education, training of specialized personnel, emphasis on teaching staff and teaching materials, caring for the old professors and promoting the publishing work. Among them, the training of judicial personnel is the goal, teaching staff and teaching materials are the foundation. She was one of the New China legal education pioneers. Her ideas of legal education is still worthy of insistence.
