摘要:
如何增强社会工作专业学生临床专业技能,一直是社会和学术界关注的重点。证据为本的实践教学模式引导学生整合社会工作研究和实践,强调学生依据案主的偏好和实际情况,收集不同的证据,探索不同的应对方式,从而实现了社会工作教学范式的转型。证据为本实践教学的实现需要在课程设计原则、教学内容、教学方法、教学资源和课程评估等方面发生转换。虽然学界对证据为本的社会工作存在两种批评的声音:全盘否定和批判性审视,但其对中国社会工作教育有积极的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
How to enhance social work students’ clinical skills has been the focus of social work education. Evidence-based practice teaching model, which will guide students to integrate social work research and practice, emphasize that student should collect different evidence, explore different ways of dealing with the clients’ problems, basing on the client's preferences and the actual situation. It makes the transformation of social work teaching paradigm. Evidence-based practice teaching model requires transformation in curriculum design principles, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching resources and curriculum evaluation. Although may people criticize evidence-based social work, but it has positive implications to the development of social work education in China.
