摘要:
国立台湾大学是中西方文华交汇体现非常明显的世界知名高校，其传统的多元文化环境、一流的师资力量、完善的中外课程体系、自由的国际化学术氛围等构建了台湾大学独具特色的人才培养体系。这对大陆人才教育培养改革有重要的启示：要形成文理兼修、国际化特征明显的课程体系；重视学生的基本素质，培养德才兼备的综合性人才；形成自由的学术环境和创新的校园文化；建立一支国际化的师资队伍和管理梯队。
Abstract:
The national Taiwan University is a world-famous institution of higher learning where merged Chinese and western cultures. The distinctive training system of the university is constituted by the traditional multicultural environment, the excellent faculty, the perfect Chinese and foreign curriculum system and the international academic atmosphere of freedom. The success of National Taiwan University in personnel training aspect brings us some enlightenment. We should build an integral and international curriculum system including arts and sciences to train comprehensive talent with noble character and professional knowledge structure. Also, it is important to form the free academic environment and campus culture of innovation, and establish an international faculty and management echelon.
