摘要:
新加坡的职业教育之所以在世界处于领先地位,这与他们的职教师资是真正意义上的“双师型”人才的原因是密不可分的。他们在“双师”培养中做到了政府鼓励、地位保证,终身培训、更新能力,校企互通、流动无阻,广纳人才、弥补不足。新加坡职教师资培养对我国“双师型”教师培养的借鉴与启示有:政府立法保证地位,破除终身制;选聘教师要重视企业经验;加强继续教育,注重能力持续更新;考核评定回归职教本义;鼓励人才流动,达到校企互通共赢。
Abstract:
Singaporean vocational education takes a leading position in the world, which is closely linked to the “double type” talents of their vocational education teachers. In the “double type” teacher training of Singapore, they do well in the following aspects: the government encouragement and position guarantee, lifelong training and capabilities updating, communication unimpeded between colleges and enterprises, wide personnel recruitment and making up the shortcomings. The reference and revelation of Singaporean vocational education teacher training for the “double type” teacher training in China are: government legislation to ensure the status, getting rid of life tenure; recruitment based on business experience; strengthening continuing education, focusing on continuous capacity updating; evaluation returning to vocational education's original meanings and encouraging flow of talents for the win-win achievement between colleges and enterprises.
