胡乔木在延安时期曾亲身参与干部教育工作实践，并就在职干部教育、干部教育原则方向、学制、学校组织形态、课程改革等提出一系列新思想。回顾总结胡乔木的干部教育思想和实践，并对其作出客观公正的历史评价，以期对当前干部教育工作有所借鉴和助益。
- Abstract:

HU Qiao-mu participated in the practice of cadre education in the Yan'an Times, and put forward a series of new ideas about the on-job education of cadres, the principle and direction of cadre education, school system, school organizational form, curriculum reform, etc. This paper reviews HU Qiao-mu's thoughts and practices on cadre education, and makes an objective and fair evaluation, to shed light on the current cadre education.
