摘要:
高校资助工作具有集中性、长期性、多变性、复杂性等特点，因而高校资助育人工作队伍的来源也要应对这样多元化 的特性要求，建立起辅导员、学校行政人员和社会人士3 方合作的资助育人队伍，有主有次，有参与有监督。另一方面，建立 “校级—学工部—学院”3 级管理负责制，将最大限度地发挥资助育人工作队伍的潜能。根据资助队伍的多元化特点，应采取 定量与定性相结合的评价方式，对人员结构复杂、职责分工各有不同的高校资助育人队伍进行全方位的考核，并结合评价机制 建立相应的激励机制，提高领导、管理人员及参与人员的积极性，帮助受资
Abstract:
In view of the peculiarities of the aid and education work，which has the characteristics of concentricity， longevity，variability and complexity，the team building should deal with such a wide range of characteristics． We should establish a tripartite cooperation team participated by students＇counselors，school administrators and community． In this team，different partucipators should play different roles，such as participants and supervisors． On the other hand，the establishment of“three － level”administrative regime will maximize the potential of this team． According to its diversified characteristics，it is a necessity to take a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation． In order to help the comprehensive development of this team，we＇d better establish the all － round assessment combined with incentive mechanism aiming at improving the enthusiasm of the leadership，managerial staff and participants．
