摘要:
基于越来越多的少数民族学生进入内地高校的现实，课题组选取了安徽省安庆市两所容纳少数民族学生的高校，通过 问卷调查，发现当前内地高校少数民族学生不同程度的表现出文化上、学习上以及人际交往上的不适应，影响少数民族学生校 园适应性的原因，主要有文化差异、语言障碍、家庭经济状况、饮食与气候，以及民族地区局势的偶尔不稳定等。为提高少数 民族学生的适应能力，内地高校必须极营造多元化校园文化环境，做好舆论导向工作，并给予少数民族学生群体更多的关注。
Abstract:
Based on the current situation of higher education in China and the demand for the talents in the development of social economy，positive ideas leading college students to face the society are the essence of talents training in higher education and the fundamentality for talents to adapt to social changes． Human thoughts are from human needs． Only those who can think can continuously innovate and become really powerful men． Positive ideas strike reality and are free thoughts． In the process of professional training in Changzhou University，idea programs on leading students to face the society are designed． And the idea programs are used as“chains”and an organic “chain system”is integrated with professional theory，knowledge，technology，method and ideas． In education， the“chain system”points out the direction，contents and demand for talents training．
