摘要:
当前大学的学科建设存在着专注于学术研究，淡化人才培养功能的倾向，尤其是与本科教育的联系逐渐疏远。通过构 建学科建设与本科教育的互动机制、资源保障机制、绩效评价与激励机制，可以从制度上加强大学学科与本科教育之间的相互 联系，引导学院( 系) 自觉调适学科建设与本科教育之间的关系，促进教师自觉履行学科建设与本科教学的双重职责，全面提 升大学的办学质量与效益。
Abstract:
Currently，there is a kind of tendency that disciplines of university mainly focus on academic research rather than on talent cultivation and undergraduate education． The universities should help the schools keep the balance between subjects development and undergraduate education by building the interactive system，resources guarantee system，evaluation system and stimulation system． The universities should also help teachers fulfill their obligation of both subjects development and undergraduate education in order to fully improve the quality and efficiency of university education．
