在财经管理类高校人才培养模式建构中，大学生参与和基层政府治道是其人才培养模式建构要充分考虑两个因素。科
学的专业精神和人文的普世精神追求应当成为人才培养的目标，并使之统一于大学创造和传授知识的过程中去。同时，在“以
诚立人”和“以知达人”的理念指导下，把人与自身、人与他人、人与社会、人与自然之4 种关系和实践、权变、创新、和谐
等四种能力的培育作为人才模式建构的重要抓手，以此全面打造既具有人文情怀又具有科学精神、既可爱又可信的新时期大学
生。
- Abstract:

College students’participation and local government administration are two factors needed to be taken
into account for current finance and management college talents cultivation． Based on this，we emphasize on cultivating
talents with professional knowledge and universal value on humanism． To achieve this goal，education should
be a combination of knowledge teaching and creativity motivation． Honest and knowledgeable talents should be instructed
to know how to identify themselves，how to get along with others，how to get involved in the society and
how to treat nature． In this way，college students are meant to be practical，creative，flexible and reliable．
