摘要:
保护著作权是各国近代化的重要标志之一, 中国也不例外。清末商约谈判时, 吕海寰针对美、日著作权要求据理力争, 在中国著作权发展史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔, 其行为也从侧面反映出政府对此事的暧昧态度。吕海寰的观点虽值得商榷, 但对国 内著作权保护机制的形成做出了很大贡献。
Abstract:
Copy right pro tection is an impo rtant nat ional symbol of moder nizat ion, China is no except io n. In Commercial T reaty Nego tiat ions of T he Late Qing Dynasty , Lv Haihuan arg ued str ong ly on just gr ounds according to the copy right requirements fr om the U S and Japan. Copyr ig ht modernization in China leave an indel ible mark on histo ry, Lv Haihuan' s behav io r r ef lectd the att itude of the Gov ernment on this mat ter. Lv Haihuan's point of view , althoug h debatable, has made gr eat contr ibution for the format ion of China' s modern co pyr ig ht pr otect io n mechanisms.
