摘要:
提高高校青年教师的教学能力和教学水平, 是保障学校教学质量的基础工程。由于缺乏师范教育和专门训练, 不少青年 教师教学经验不足、能力不强。通过广泛、深入地开展课堂教学“讲、听、评”活动, 让青年教师在角色互换、比较比照、交流 学习中掌握教学技巧, 提高教学能力; 并通过与考核晋级挂钩, 与教研室建设结合, 夯实基础, 逐步形成培养青年教师成长进步 的长效机制。
Abstract:
Impro ving the teaching ability and level o f young univ er sity teachers is the basic eng ineering of ensuring the univer sity teaching quality. Lacking no rmal education and professio nal tr aining , many young teachers are in the absence of teaching ex perience and ability. Part icipat ing in “Speaking, Listening , Assessing ”act iv it ies can help young teachers master teaching techniques and impro ve their teaching ability by r oles- rever sing , comparing and ex chang ing . Such a lo ng - term mechanism of cult iv at ing them to make co nt inuous pr ogress should be established by associat ing assessment w ith promot ino n, combining w ith const ruct ion o f teaching resear ch sect io n and f irming the foundat ion.
