摘要:
工程创新能力的培养, 关键在于建立有效的机制和寻求科学的途径与方法。地方高校肩负着为地方经济建设服务的重要 任务, 培养工科学生的工程创新能力是当今高等教育适应地方经济社会发展的需要。针对目前存在的教学内容与培养目标不符合 地方发展要求等问题, 培养工科学生工程创新能力应首先树立为地方服务的观念, 通过优化课程体系, 改革教学方法, 搭建开放 探索性实践平台, 推进产学研合作以及设立创新基金等途径, 培养符合新时期要求和适应地方发展、技术变革的高素质工程技术 人才。
Abstract:
The key to cultivate eng ineering innovat ive abilit ies is to set up ef fectiv e system and seek scient ific methods. Lo cal universit ies undertake a sig nif icant task of serv ice for economic const ruct ion. Tr aining students' engineering innov at ive abilit ies is to meet the need of local economic and social development . Acco rding to present ex ist ing pro blems that teaching content and t raining o bject ives don't meat the need of local development , this paper put s forw ard to establishing the ideas o f serv ing the lo cal economy and refo rming teaching content s and methods thro ug h opt imizing curriculum system, putt ing up open and ex plo rato ry pract ical platform, pr omot ing university - indust ry co operat ion and set t ing up innovat ion funds. Higher educat ion should t rain hig h quality technical perso nnel to meet the needs of so ciety and adapt local development and technological change.
