摘要:
“职业”的角度来看待安全工程应用型创新人才的成长, 安全工程应用型创新人才在培养过程中有5 个主要问题: 提 出问题的勇气和能力、开展面向问题的研究性学习、运用所学知识锲而不舍解决问题过程的磨炼、体验成功解决问题的顿悟、形 成自豪感与树立从事职业的自信心。相应地把握其认知能力、学习方法等5 个环节及其逻辑关系, 对安全工程应用型创新人才培 养具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
Five pr oblems are proposed in the processio n of the cult iv at ing applicable talent s w ith creat ive ability in safety engineering fr om professional perspect ive as fo llow s: the courage and the ability to propose quest io ns, carry out the study of pr oblem- oriented resear ch, the temper in the processio n o f the solution using the know ledge acquired, ex perience a epiphany moment in successful solut ion to the pr oblems, build the sense of pride and fo ster self- confidence in o ccupat ion. T he art icle analy ses and establishes five links and the lo gical relat io nship among them, w hich is inst ruct ive to the cult ivat ing applicable talent s w ith cr eat ive ability in safety eng ineer ing .
