摘要:
自我干预的实质是个体自觉地进行心理调节, 是一种积极的心理自助过程。大学生在面临求学、人际交往、就业等成长 中的问题时, 往往由于处置不当, 容易导致心理问题。高校要注重对大学生进行心理健康知识教育和培养学生的理性观念, 建立 和完善社会支持系统, 进而有效提高大学生面临心理危机时自我调控能力。引导大学生面临心理危机时加强自我干预, 对促进大 学生健康成长成才具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The essence of self- inter vent ion is the conscious psy cholog ical adjustment of individuals and an act ive psycholog ical self - help pro cess. T he various issues college student s encounter in the pro cess of schooling, interpersonal communicatio n and job seeking , often handled impro perly , may lead to psycho logical problems. U niversit ies and colleges should attach gr eat impor tance to the educat ion of psycho logical health and dev elo p students' r at ionality , and help students establish and better social support ing systems, thus ef fect ively enhancing their self- cont rol ability . Guiding college students' selfintervent ion w hen they are faced w ith psy cholog ical crisis is of g reat sig nif icance in that it helps student s gr ow healthily.
