摘要:
当今社会已进入网络信息时代, 网络为学习型政党的建设提供了重要渠道。党组织应积极利用网络更新理念, 使组织内 部达成建设学习型政党的共同愿景; 借助网络完善组织管理制度, 为学习型政党的建设提供制度保障; 通过网络形成激励机制、 教育机制、反思机制、共享机制等长效的学习共享机制, 切实提升学习型政党的建设水平。
Abstract:
In an informa tion ag e, netw o rk prov ides an impo rtant cha nnel for bui lding the lea rning Party. The Pa rty should use the netw o rk activ ely to upda te concept s, reaching the commo n aspi ra tion of building learning party wi thin the Pa rty; wi th netw ork to improv e the org aniza tion and ma nagement system in o rder to provide the system security for bui lding the lear ning Pa rty; throug h netw ork, a lo ng learning a nd sha ring mechanism, such as the incentiv e mechanism, the educatio n mecha ni sm, the ref lection mecha nism, the sharing mechanism, sho uld be fo rmed to improv e the standards of the lea rning Par ty construction.
