摘要:
高校机关工作作风建设在高校的建设和发展中具有重要意义, 关系到贯彻落实科学发展观的成效、关系到和谐校园的构 建、关系到高等教育事业的兴衰成败。目前高校机关工作存在着有待改进的地方。加强和改进高校机关工作作风建设, 必须从思 想观念、理论学习、制度建设、服务精神、组织管理、办事效率、工作业绩、廉洁自律等机关工作作风的要素入手, 在解放思想 中抓住事业发展的新机遇, 在创新观念中完善事业发展的新思路, 在创造性开展工作中提升事业科学发展的新境界, 才能实现高 校新一轮跨越式发展的目标。
Abstract:
The wo rk style con st ruct ion of un iversity adm in ist rat ion is of great sign if icance to the developmen t of un iversit ies. It has an impo rtan t bearing on the effect iveness of imp lemen t ing the Theo ry of Scien t if ic Developmen t, on the bu ilding of a harmon iou s campu s and on the rise and fall of h igher educat ion. Cu rren t situat ion show s that there ismuch room fo r imp rovemen t in un iversity adm in ist rat ion. To st rengthen and imp rove the wo rk style, un iversit ies shou ld start w ith the key elemen t s of wo rk style, such as the ideas, theo ret ical studies, system con st ruct ion, service cu ltu re, o rgan izat ional managemen t, eff iciency, wo rk perfo rmance, in tegrity and self - discip line, seizing a new developmen tal oppo rtun ity in emancipat ing the m ind, imp roving the innovat ive ideas in the developmen t of new bu siness and enhancing the scien t if ic developmen t to a new realm so as to realize the goal of un iversity developmen t.
