摘要:
跨国公司和资本的全球化将中国的劳工服务纳入全球视野。国际劳工NGO的“双重敏感性” , 使其通过“借”、“隐” 策 略来换取地方政府的信任。二者的博弈, 促进了地方政府对社会工作服务理念、社会工作手法、劳工N GO、劳工问题的认识, 有 利于监督地方政府的服务成效。地方政府的权威也为国际劳工N GO服务的开展提供了便利, 有利于中国本土化劳工服务的形成, 但是政府权威也可能使国际劳工N GO部分放弃原有的服务宗旨, 对组织的发展有一定的影响。
Abstract:
Transna tio nal co rpora tions and capital g lobali zatio n lead Chinese labo r serv ices into a g lobal vision. Owing to the “ dual sensi tivity” , the Internatio nal Labo r N GO has to get the local gov ernment s ' t rust th ro ugh “ bo rrowing” st ra tegy a nd “ hidden” strateg y. The g ames betw een internatio nal labor N GO and Chinese local gov ernment s promo te the lat ter to understand the service co ncepts and the metho ds of the social w ork, labo r NGO a nd labor i ssues, w hich is beneficial to mo ni to r the effectiv eness o f the local g overnment services. The local gov ernment 's authority in return bring s g reat co nv enience to the dev elo pment o f internatio nal labo r NGO services, and is of g rea t help to fo rm labo r service wi th Chinese cha racteristics. It may how ev er make the interna tional labor NGO partially giv e up the o riginal service purpo ses, which wi ll af fect the dev elo pment of the o rg ani za tion.
