摘要:
美国高校学生事务管理工作的理论来源、基本理念、人员素质、机构设置及管理方式有着较为显著的特点, 学习借鉴美 国高等教育的成功经验, 提升我国高校学生工作的使命感、科学性和系统性, 对于创建中国特色的高校学生工作模式有着积极意 义。
Abstract:
The theory so urces, basic co ncept s, the quali ty o f perso nnel , insti tutio n set ting and wo rking model in American universi ty student a ffai rs hav e distinct characteristics. It is therefo re of po sitiv e signi ficance to enhance the sense of mission of universi ty student af fairs and make the w o rk more scienti fic and sy stematic by lea rning f rom the successful experience of American higher educatio n. In addi tion, i t can help us establi sh the unique w o rking model wi th Chinese characteri stics.
