摘要:
文化作为一种软权力, 已成为影响未来的世界性力量, 对文化发展的自觉具有重要的现实意义。从不同的视角来思考, 文化发展会有不同的内涵和路径, 从科学技术这一实践视角来看, 中国文化的发展应与社会实践紧密相联, 在实践的基础上寻求 质的创新, 同时依托于科学技术增强在全球文化交往中的吸引力和辐射力, 进一步发挥提升人的素质的功能。
Abstract:
Culture, as soft power, has become a g lobal fo rce af fecting the future of the w orld today and it is of g reat sig nif icance to cultur al conscio usness. The cul tural development has differ ent meaning s and approaches f rom dif ferent perspectives of thinking . From pract ical perspective of science and techno logy , fo r example, on the basis of pr act ice, the development o f Chinese culture should be closely related w ith so cial pract ice and seek for essencial innov at ion. Meanwhile, it should enhance at tract io n and r adiat ion in glo bal cultural ex change and further improv e human beings' qualit ies by r ely ing o n science and techno logy .
