摘要:
管理文化在多校区运作和高校整体发展中发挥积极功能。当前基于多校区的管理文化建设面临普遍缺失的困境, 从统筹 新老校区建设、创新制度文化与执行力文化、完善绩效评估与激励机制、培育员工归属情感等方面, 积极寻找构建多校区管理文 化的有效途径。
Abstract:
Manag ement culture is of great importance to the mult i- campus operation and the comprehensive development of a school. Considering the fact that management culture is lacking in most multi - campus schools, w e need spare no effort s to seek ef fective means of constructing the mult i- campus management culture throug h w ell- planned const ruct ion of both the old and new campuses, innovat ion of the institut ion and implementat ion culture, improvement of the performance evaluat ion and st imulat ion mechanism and cultivat ion of the employees' sense of belonging.
