摘要:
开放办学是高校尤其是转制高校提升综合办学水平的必然之路。在开放办学实践中, 转制高校必须坚持面向行业、面向 国际、面向地方, 积极彰显行业特色, 提高学科建设水平, 扩大开放办学层次, 才能在竞争激烈的高校之林立于不败之地。
Abstract:
Opening - oriented school - running concept is a necessary w ay of improving the comprehensive running level for inst it ions of higher educaion, especially, the transformed state - ow ned universities. In university- running practice, t ransformed state- ow ned universit ies should be geared to their conresponding industries, their localit ies and the international market as w ell. And only by outstanding the features in the lines, imporv ing the level of discipline building, and ex panding the opening educat ion coverage, can they w in in the intense compet it ion among inst itut ions of hig her educat ion.
