摘要:
专职学生工作的教师与学生构建良好的师生关系应当有着职业的优势和天然的纽带, 但工作现实中师生存在着相互疏 离、甚至偶尔发生冲突的现象。构建和谐师生关系, 提高管理效果, 就要理顺教师主导性和学生主体性关系, 以亲和力建立“师 威”, 注重制度的工具性和情感管理的柔韧性的结合, 尊重学生的多样性和差异性。
Abstract:
The profession of full- time instructors w ho w ork in students' affairs should have the advantage and natural connection in constructing harmonious relationship with their student s. How ever , there are alienat ion and even conf lict between them. T o const ruct the harmonious instructor- student relat ionship and improve the management eff iciency , w e should handle with the relat ion betw een the instructors' leading role and the student s' subjectivity orderly , set up pow er by appetency , pay attention to the combinat ion of the rules and regulat ions w ith the f lexibility of emot ional administ rat ion and value the div ersity of students.
