摘要:
在大学生党员数量和比例不断提高的同时, 高校党委组织部门还必须统筹发展数量与质量, 教育、培养、考察与发展、 管理、服务, 年度发展计划与入党积极分子、发展对象, 支部委员会和支部大会之间的关系, 准确把握大学生学习、成长和大学 生党建工作规律, 努力提高发展大学生党员质量。
Abstract:
While the quant ity and the proport ion of university student party members are increasing, w e must at tach importance to the quality of New Party members, focus on educat ing, training, inspect ing and developing, managing and service, balance the relat ionship among the annual developing plan, the activist s intending to join the Party , those to be admit ted to the Party , the committee of Party branch and the g eneral membership meeting , g rasp the regularit ies of university student in learning , growth and Party const ruct ion, and enhance the quality of New Party members.
