摘要:
高校后勤社会化改革是中国高等教育领域和经济领域的一场深刻变革, 随着改革的深入, 长期潜伏的深层次的共性问题 如政府法规、教育属性、管理体制、运行机制等问题逐步突出。应通过加强法规建设, 争取政府政策支持; 通过转体制、变机制、 明晰产权、转变观念等途径保证后勤改革的健康发展。
Abstract:
The refo rm in universi ty logi stics so ciali zatio n i s a pro found reform in Chinese hig her education and economica l field. With the further reform, the la tent commo n problems in deep lev el arise g radually, such as the pro blem o f g overnment law s and reg ulatio ns, the educatio n a tt ribute, the manag ement system, the o peratio n mechanism and so on. The logi stics reform w ill dev elop healthily by enforcing the construction of law s a nd reg ula tions, st riving for the suppo rt o f the g ov ernment 's po licy , and by reshaping, clari fing the property rig ht and t ransferring co ncept s.
