摘要:
穆勒作为功利论者的代表, 其功利基本原理——促进最大多数人的最大幸福原理是普遍的指导原则。功利是正义的基础, 权利从属于功利原理。通过对道德权利与功利和道德权利与正义关系的梳理, 旨在倡导人们重视道德权利, 肯定功利, 在协调个 人利益和社会整体利益的矛盾中突破个人利益的限制, 去服从社会整体的利益。
Abstract:
John Stuart M ill is con sidered as the rep resen tat ive of u t ilitarian s, w ho se basic p rincip le of u t ility, the Greatest Happ iness P rincip le of p romo t ing overw helm ing majo rity of peop le is the general gu ideline. U t ility is the basis of ju st ice, and righ t is subo rdinated to the u t ility p rincip le. The analysis of the relat ion s betw een mo ral righ t and u t ility as w ell as ju st ice is to p romo te human beings to at tach impo rtance to mo ral righ t and verify u t ility. A nd it is essen t ial to take social in terest s in to accoun t in coo rdinat ing the con t radict ion s of in terest s of the part and tho se of the w ho le.
