摘要:
高等教育改革的深入发展, 不仅要求高校教师具有较高的学历, 丰富的资历, 掌握广博、精深的专业知识, 更要求高校 教师具有坚实的实践、教学和科研等综合能力。建立和完善选聘机制, 是提高教师队伍素质的关键。
Abstract:
To further dev elop higher educatio n refo rms, i t requi res tha t co lleg es and univ ersities teachers no t only hav e hig her educa tio nal lev el, rich ex perience and ex tensiv e, profound pro fessional know ledg e, but a lso hav e comprehensiv e abi li ties in practice, teaching and scientific research. Establishing a nd improving the selecting teachers ' mechani sm i s the key to improve the quali ty o f facul ty.
