摘要:
一校多区管理要根据采用的实际模式, 从管理手段、后勤服务方式、管理环节、管理队伍培养和规范管理要求等多方面着 手, 搭建完善的教学科研服务平台和生活保障平台。通过开源和节流, 控制运行成本, 挖掘校区资产市场服务潜力。
Abstract:
The effect ivemanagemen t of a un iversity w ith several campu ses demands h igh ly eff icien t research on service p latfo rm and living - guaran tee p latfo rm , based on a comp rehen sive in tegrat ion of adm in ist rat ion, services, t rain ing of managemen t personnel, etc. Fu rthermo re, it calls fo r the fu ll developmen t of campu s market by w ay of increasing income, decreasing expenditu re and p roperly con t ro lling operat ing co st.
