摘要:
理论界有些学者认为, 人力资本存在普遍失灵的现象, 是一个经济学的悖论。所谓的人力资本“失灵”并不具普遍性, 它 主要源于人力资本投资的风险性, 而人力资本投资的收益性, 深刻体现了“以人为本”的精神实质。
Abstract:
Some scho lar s think that a contrar y intellectual theory in economics is r ef lected in the w idespread phenomenon of failure of human capital . This art icle makes an analysis of failur e of human capital and the co nt rary intel lectual theory. We do not think that the " failur e" of human capital is w idespread. It resul ts f rom the risk of the investment of human capital , and the prof its o f the investment reflect the spirit of relying on human being s themselv es.
